Installing the UE FITS app is the initial step in setting up your Ultimate Ears FITS true wireless earbuds. This application provides assistance for Bluetooth pairing with your mobile device. Upon successful connection, you will be guided through the process of molding your eartips using the innovative UE FITS Lightform technology. Once this molding is complete, you will experience a remarkable customized fit that is tailored specifically to the shape of your ears.

These custom eartips offer exceptional long-term listening comfort, a secure fit that remains in place, and a non-obtrusive seal for outstanding audio performance. However, the benefits provided by the UE FITS app extend beyond the unique and precise fit it delivers.

The UE FITS app offers several additional features:

 <li>Monitor battery life for both the case and earbuds through the app's home screen (providing up to 20 hours of total listening time).</li>
 <li>Adjust the equalizer (EQ) settings to suit your preferences. Either create personalized presets or choose from a range of preset options.</li>
 <li>Customize your UE FITS device name, enabling you to easily identify it when connecting via Bluetooth.</li>
 <li>Independently customize the double tap controls for each earbud according to your preferences. Functions include play/pause, accessing voice assistant, skipping tracks, and adjusting volume.</li>
 <li>Access further information regarding product usage within the app's menu.</li>
 <li>Take a fit test and access support to ensure you have achieved an optimal fit.</li>
